09/20/06: It is ironic that just a couple of hours after taking the photograph of jubilant children (below) when they learned that Gawad Kalinga will build them new homes, I saw this fire on my way back to Makati City. From EDSA in Makati City, it looked huge and near only to find out that it was located somewhere in Sta. Ana, Manila.
